Target completion dates are updated periodically with your construction manager. As completion nears, we can be more precise about the date, but you can expect a firm finish date approximately 45 days out.

The completion date of your new home begins as an estimate. Freezing temperatures or extended wet weather may cause work to be interrupted until favorable conditions return. Bad weather can affect the completion date by delaying the installation of utility services, grading and concrete work. Please know that we are as eager as you to get construction caught up and to finish the building of your new home.
